Sign In & Out
Please remember to sign your children in and out each day.  This is a State Law.  When dropping off and picking up your child(ren), you must physically come in to do this.  Please don’t drop off your children in the front and drive away.
 
Payment Policies
Payments are due on the scheduled due dates with no exceptions.  You will receive an invoice 1 week in advance of your payment due date.  Late fees will begin to accrue on the day after the due date.  You may pay any weeks in advance if it is more convenient for you.
 
Absent Child
If your child is going to be absent from the Hide Out it is your responsibility to notify us.  There are times that we are going on trips, ready to start an activity, etc. and we are waiting on 1 or more children.  Please call first thing in the morning.
 
The Ice Cream Man
The ice cream man will be visiting us each Tuesday and Thursday at 12:45 PM.  Approximately $2.00 is needed each day.  If your child doesn’t have money, we will assume you do not want your child to have ice cream that day.     
 
Pool Day
Your child must have on his/her bathing suit and Hide Out T-shirt.  Your child should also have aqua shoes, towel, and sunscreen. Note: Sunscreen should be applied prior to coming in.
 
Aqua shoes
Your child must have aqua shoes to participate in water play and to go on the waterslide bounce.  Sneakers, crocs, and flip flops are not acceptable forms of aqua shoes.  You can get them at Walmart, Target, Payless etc. for approximately $5.00.  Get them early as they sell out quite quickly.
 
Hide Out T-Shirt
Your child must wear his/her camp t-shirt on all trips including Wolfe Park Pool.  This will help aid us in distinguishing our camp children when we are on trips.  We have the right to refuse letting children go on trips who do not have their camp t-shirts.
  
Daily
Your child must have sunscreen, bathing suit, aqua shoes, water bottle, and towel each day.  Please put your child’s name on all belongings.  The only thing that should stay at Hide Out is sunscreen.  Everything else must go home daily!
 
Lunch
A lunch is needed Monday through Thursday.  Friday is cook-out/pizza day!  Lunches cannot be heated or refrigerated.  When eating lunch on a trip, please send your child’s lunch in a brown paper bag.  This will be noted on the additional notes page of your calendar.
 
Breakfast
Breakfast for morning extended care will be served between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM.
 
Sports & Games
Your child will be participating in active playgroundgames and sports.  These activities will be played on the tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields and grassy areas. Game and safety rules will be gone over and all children must play by The Hide Out rules.  A waiver form must be signed.
